Thomas II

I finished the binding on this quilt yesterday. I shouldn't have been so confident after doing the binding on the last quilt. This one actually went ok but I ran out of binding about 6 inches shy of finishing...so thankfully, I keep my scraps. It took some piecing but I was able to find enough to finish the binding. (The binding has stripes in it so that made it a little more difficult.) This is the second quilt I made with the Thomas the Train fabric. The block is called Children's Delight in the book I used (I have seen it called other names elsewhere). You probably can't see it in the picture but the quilting has railroad designs...Pinewater Quilter did the quilting...
