I know I have been talking about my GO cutter a lot lately, but I do have to share just one more thing....I had a little problem with the value die that came with it...nothing drastic. I emailed Accuquilt and got a very prompt and nice response...to make my story short, they are replacing the die for me...no hassle, no problems....It is so nice to deal with a company that 1 - gets back to you promptly 2- doesn't give you the run around 3- understands what good service is!
Now for the quilt in the picture. I have to admit I made it about 3 years ago. I don't like to post without a picture and I don't have any good ones of my current projects. This was made for the "kids" room and my grand daughter uses it when she comes to visit. It is a very simple friendship star block with center blocks fussy cut to show the mermaids in the fabric (we live near the beach). Then to spice it up, I scattered appliqued hearts randomly on the quilt.

AccuQuilt is a real breath of fresh air as far as customer support/service goes. The fact that I love my GO is one thing but that they are such a reputable company who stands behind their products makes me so happy to recommend them to all the quilters I know!
Glad to hear there is still great customer service out there!
Nice quilt you have made there for your GD. I like the friendship star pattern,so may be one for my GD some time. Wise to make a quilt out of a traditional pattern for these younger ones!
I like reading your blog from time to time:-) Happy Quilting.
I too had a problem at one point, emailed them, got an answer in hours and they replaced the die for me withing days. Brilliant service.
I haven't had to call customer support yet, but I've heard such wonderful things. I wish all companies could do this.
How nice that they took care of it for you.
Very nice! I love it! ♥
I have dealt with Carolyn at AccuQuilt and she has been so nice. They really do have wonderful customer service!

From all I hear & read, eventually, I'm gonna have to break down & get me one of those GO! puppies! Glad they took care of the issue so quickly!
The first quilt I ever made sits at the end of the sofa in my den. It is the one that gets grabbed when someone is chilly or needs some extra "love". I think your quilt is lovely and I am sure it is well loved.
