And I did a little fun quilting....we were so busy and the weather was so hot, I didn't feel much like serious quilting. I had this little panel stashed away and decided to hand quilt it...I put a few baubles on it for bling..I don't know where I will use it but it kept my hands busy.
Our grandson spent a little time with us on yesterday morning...He is sporting his new haircut...the curls are gone for the summer
Our great-niece and her college friend came to visit us last Monday and Tuesday
Wednesday I went to a second anniversary sale at my favorite quilt shop in Dagsboro, DE...Serendipity...Thursday I went to my good friend Pat's to do a little quilting....
We had shows Friday, Saturday, and Sunday....Moonlight and Magnolias is over....here is a quick picture from our cast party...we decided to go for Chinese in an air conditioned restaurante instead of the usual outside barbeque...it was too darn hot!
Now I'm about ready to get back to normal...what ever is normal for me.....
This coming week we are going to visit our son for two days and then we are getting company for three..then it's the 4th of July...and then....and then ... and then

What "quilting nana" doesn't mention is that she was one of 4 cast members in the play AND her husband had the lead role. Hubby, myself and a friend went to see the play and it was hysterically funny!!! We really enjoyed ourselves.
