A flowery tea set

Here is a picture of a tea set on my hutch. Again, it's not antique. I do know that it is from the 1950s and is marked Japan on the bottom. The teapot is about 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It makes a nice little display on the hutch.

Don't forget the virtual tea party tomorrow!!!

Lest you think I have forgotten about quilting, here is a picture of a portion of my Grandmother's Flower Garden as it hangs on the design wall

Love your tea set. I have a small collection of teapots, but no teacups to go with them. Guess I should do something about that. Looking forward to the virtual tea party tomorrow.

From one tea drinking, grandmother's flower gardener to another, I love your quilt on the design wall. I noticed you are a member of the hexagon blog...that's my next stop to go and take a look.

I had my tea party, and it is posted on my blog. For some reason, it's dated January 28, though I published it today. So you will have to scroll down a few entries.
Haven't seen one from you yet!
