Today my hubby(that's him in the picture) and I decided to take a quick ride to the beach (it's only about 3 miles away). It was a comfortable 55 degrees and there wasn't much wind.

I'm glad you had such a nice, restful day. To me, one of the best things about us living near the beach is the nice-weather days in the "off" seasons when the tourists aren't here and the locals can enjoy the area by ourselves! Thanks for sharing the pictures.
Ater Monday's scare I think you deserved a quiet stroll on a relaxing beach.
I've not been to ours in ages-it's only a mile away, but as they don't let dogs go on it in Summer, I forget to go there when we are allowed.
We vacationed at Rehoboth beach one summer about 10 years ago. It was so beautiful. Can't imagine being able to just go there any time.
