just trippin'

We got back last Thursdy from our second trip to Florida in a month....crazy I know. I have done a little hand applique since then but nothing ready to show. I didn't get a chance to visit any of my favorite blogs while we were gone so now I am playing catch up...I missed reading all the fun stuff my blogging friends are doing ...so forgive me if I haven't commented on your blog.

Since we got home I have been busy doing laundry and other household things that went undone. We also have spent some time at the theater. The next production, Moonlight and Magnolias, is coming in June. This one is special because hubby is reprising his role as David O. Selznick. Hubby played this role several years ago when we lived in PA and was happy to get the role again. I'll be stage manager for the production so we will be busy from now to June...if you liked the movie or book Gone with the Wind, you won't want to miss this play! It's a comical take on the process of writing the screenplay for the movie...especially since Ben Hecht, the screenwriter never read the book!

Be sure to check out the website for Second Street Players in Milford. This coming weekend we are going to see Meshuggah-Nuns. This is a hilarious musical comedy in the Nunsense series.
