A beautiful gift

A while ago I entered a giveaway that Connie at CootieBug2 was having for her followers. I don't enter many giveaways but since I have been following Connie for quite a while, I decided to enter hers. I am so glad I did because I won this Jim Shore figurine. It is so lovely and it was just made for my sewing room. The colors are perfect as the room is decorated in green and just that shade of lavender. It is now enjoying a special place on the shelf of my wall quilt rack. She and I must have such similar tastes because I also had a box of the very same notecards!!!
I am in the midst of packing for our trip to Florida - we are leaving tomorrow - but I just had to post about this wonderful surprise.

I'm glad you like it and that the colors work so well in your room. :)
I forgot to take a picture before sending so I just did a copy/paste of yours.
Have lots of Florida fun.
